OOOPS…daRRRen

I’m just going to say right up front that I LOVE Shutterfly! I think they have great products, awesome designs and best yet, they are reasonable! I have created many photo books using their awesome photo book layouts. So easy and fun to create and the end product always exceeds my expectations.

This year I decided to use them for my Christmas Card. I found the card I liked and added the pictures. Easy. I added the caption to the card and our names. Easy. Reviewed the card for accuracy and submitted. Easy…or so I thought.

Hours later, I went to take another look at the card just to see my finished work of art. Cute, love it….wait a minute…stop…no freaking way…RRR in Darren’s name! UGGHHH!!! I ordered 75 of these cards with his named spelled wrong…NIGHTMARE! Immediately, I sent an email to Shutterfly’s customer service and explained my huge mistake. By 2:30 am, they emailed me back and had credited my account with another 75 cards. All I have to do is fix the mistake and resubmit my order. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Shutterfly…you have a customer for life!

Moral of the story…always have another set of eyes proof your work before submitting!
