Every year we bake all of my Grandma Z's cookie recipes for the holidays. We spend hours mixing batches and baking dozens and dozens of cookies all while the Christmas tunes are blarring and Alvin and the Chipmunk Christmas DVD is playing on the tube. Most of the cookies are then given away to family and friends for the holidays.
I remember doing this every year as a little girl. I’m so happy that my kids are now participating in this family tradition. I hope they will one day look back and have the same fond memories of this Zervas family tradition. I know Grandma Z is very proud of all our hard work...these cookies are for you Grammy!!
Drew was the sprinkle master and the taste tester!
Brooke was also part of our entertainment for the day. Not much help in the kitchen but she found plenty of ways to make us laugh!
