Just can’t believe a year has passed. Everything about you has been a pleasant surprise. Night and Day is all I can say about our two baby experiences. And to you Brooke, thank you for showing us the opposite end of the spectrum…it has been an absolute JOY!Throughout this past year we have come to love:
Your bright blue eyes which always sparkle with your smile.
The sound of your giggle, especially when you’re tickled.
Soft little coos which have turned into loud squeals of excitement.
Sleepy time…once meant nuzzling in the nook of our arms and now you snuggle so sweetly with your favorite soft, pink blankie.
Your wake-up morning smiles as we enter your room.
Singing your favorite song, “Itsy-Bitsy Spider,” with every diaper change to keep your wiggly self still.
Your first word, HI…our little social butterfly.
Waving, clapping, arms “so big”, the fan goes round and round.
Your many nicknames...thanks mostly to Daddy and Drew.
You bring us so much happiness and have completed our family. We are truly blessed! It makes my heart sing to think about the future and all the great memories yet to be made. Happy Birthday Brooke…We Love You!!!
